FastAxe Multipurpose Guitar Cleaning Brush
The flexible handle allows you to apply pressure to the felt stripping so you can clean the body of the guitar evenly and thoroughly. You can use a polish pump spray to clean smudges and residue build-up. For quick dust and static removal you can use the felt-stripping with out a polish spray. The bristle will allow you to clean many areas on the guitar. The main feature of the bristle is to deep clean the fret board. The bristle is a firm nylon bristle which will remove build-up on the fretboard and strings. The bristle will not scratch or damage the neck.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure to use an oil based fretboard conditioner to clean the fretboard. The bristle will also clean the back of the neck. The bristle is also safe enough to use on the body. It will not scratch up finish. The bristle cleans off the hardware on electric guitars(bridge and saddle pieces). For the sides of the electric guitars the bristle piece is perfectly contoured to clean those areas. The felt stripping is perfectly contoured to clean the sides of an acoustic guitar.
The bristle is ideal for cleaning the head stock. You won't have to worry about poking your fingers on excess string from the post. Simply brush over the post with the bristle. Fast Axe is safe to use on other stringed instruments.
GREAT FOR CD's AND DVD's AS WELL!
Ever have a favorite CD skip while listening to it? Fast Axe offers a quick solution. Preferably, with a solution mist the CD or DVD(Guitar Polish Pump Spray works really well). Work the felt stripping into the CD or DVD. CD should be on a flat surface. You can also clean the CD in your hand while using the tool in other hand. If the CD is on a flat surface however you can apply better pressure. Most of the time a CD skips due to residue naked to the eye. Residue can occur from simple handling.
So before you toss that CD or DVD let fast axe cut away the skip on your CD or DVD. If pump spray is unavailable at the time you decide to clean the CD you can attempt to clean it dry.It has worked on CDS with out any sort of solution. However we do recommend that you use one.
